Break Free Exercise for Changing Habits

As you move through life, it’s easy to get locked into a pattern that keeps leading you back to the same karmic action.

The process is like driving down the same dirt road many times. Over time, the wheels carve out ruts in the dirt and the car automatically follows the path you have taken before. It’s a conditioned habit. 

Your current path may serve you for a while, but if you forget that you can always choose other roads, you may find yourself stuck in a well-honed rut.


Try this exercise to help change those conditioned habits that are not serving you and find that new road.
